The redesigned premises in Brno's Technická Street are variable and multifunctional. Training and meeting rooms offer more privacy for meetings with colleagues. At the same time, it is possible to hold large meetings in the same place.
One space but in it several possibilities for many activities. In one part of the office, employees can hold discussions standing up. In another, they can sit comfortably in a soft zone and develop ideas or read a book. Then they can write, create or process what they come up with in another corner at their desk. This is aided by mobile furniture that adapts faithfully to the workers' current requirements.
An interesting feature is the striking graphics on the walls with photos of the cities where IBM is represented. Smart walls and their use as whiteboards are a good tool to facilitate teamwork.
